T-Mobile, GO TEXAN and Outlaw Nation are proud to present the 2021 Plano (Dallas) Music & Arts Festivals, on October 2-3 at the historic McKinney Cotton Mill, and October 16-17 at the Red Tail Pavilion at Oak Point Park. Come and enjoy major concerts, contemporary art displays, a classic car show, a custom motorcycle show, and dozens of fun attractions and highlights. Check out the Taste of Texas Food Garden, with delicious cuisine, and cold domestic and craft beers. National recording artists will be performing throughout the afternoon and evening on the main stage, as well as juried visual artists presenting the heritage and the culture of our great city. And best of all, admission is just $10, with children under-12 FREE! So, bring the whole family for an awesome weekend of great fun.

In the 1960’s, McKinney’s Cotton Mill (producing Texas Textile Fabrics) was the largest denim manufacturer in the World. The Mill closed it’s doors in 1969. The current owners purchased the property in 1996 and have been actively renovating it since then to bring us to where we are now.
Today, the Cotton Mill is a thriving Wedding and Event Venue and home to many businesses.
RED TAIL PAVILION at Oak Point Park
The Dallas Morning News said that the Red Tail Pavilion at Oak Point Park (formerly known as the Amphitheater at Oak Point Park) “is one of the best outdoor venues in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. It’s as new and fresh as the Texas limestone that surrounds it.”
A permanent sound and light system and entertainment roof structure along with comfortable and convenient restroom facilities and plenty of free parking make this the perfect setting for an evening under the endless Texas sky. It’s all a part of Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, an 800-acre park located along Rowlett Creek in eastern Plano.
